Service framework
TriVolt Supply Terms of Service
These terms describe the website and independent sourcing-support role provided by TriVolt Supply. Using the site or submitting an inquiry does not create a manufacturing, dealership, agency, import, inspection, certification, transport, insurance, finance, or regulatory relationship.
Information and sourcing scope
We may help structure an electric tricycle requirement, identify candidate suppliers, request quotations, organize responses, and coordinate clarification. Supplier identities, capabilities, availability, specifications, production schedules, prices, documents, and commercial statements are third-party information that requires direct verification. Website content is general procurement guidance, not engineering, legal, tax, customs, safety, compliance, registration, or financial advice.
Buyer responsibilities
The buyer is responsible for defining the intended duty and destination; verifying counterparties; evaluating product and factory evidence; deciding acceptable alternatives; reviewing contracts, payment, warranty, inspection, shipping, title, import, registration, insurance, and operating requirements; and engaging qualified advisers where appropriate. Never rely on a family brochure or company-level certificate as proof for a changed configuration.
Quotation boundaries
Availability, price, lead time, minimum order quantity, sample terms, specifications, evidence, packing, and logistics scope require a current written supplier quotation. Compare body, payload basis, motor, usable battery capacity, charging, braking, quantity, destination, Incoterm, inspection, documents, and exclusions. No lowest-price, fixed saving, stock, delivery, conformity, or approval promise is made.
Third-party transactions and limitation
Contracts may be formed directly with third parties. Their goods, services, statements, omissions, performance, and disputes remain governed by the applicable agreement and law. To the extent permitted by law, TriVolt Supply is not responsible for indirect loss, supplier performance, product fitness, inspection results, transport events, customs outcomes, destination approvals, registration, or use decisions.
Acceptable use and updates
Do not submit unlawful, infringing, deceptive, malicious, confidential, payment-card, or unnecessary personal content. We may update these terms as the service changes. Continued use after publication of an update indicates acceptance of the revised terms to the extent permitted by law.
