Buyer-side scope / documented handoffs

TriVolt Supply independent sourcing role

TriVolt Supply helps business buyers preserve an electric tricycle requirement through candidate-factory outreach, quotation normalization, evidence requests, and logistics-scope discussion. We are not the manufacturer, authorized dealer, importer of record, inspector, carrier, customs broker, regulator, insurer, or destination registration authority. Those responsibilities remain with the named parties and the buyer's contract.

Four records protect the buyer's original requirement

Duty record

We write the business task in operational terms: cargo or passengers, representative load, dimensions, route, access, surface, grade, stops, shifts, climate, storage, charging, and service context.

Configuration record

We retain the body, seating, payload basis, wheels, tires, braking, motor, controller, nominal and usable battery capacity, connector, charge input, options, and negotiable alternatives.

Quotation record

We compare quantities, currency, payment stages, Incoterm, sample and customization conditions, inspection, documents, packing, inland transport, freight, exclusions, validity, and delivery assumptions.

Decision record

We flag supplier statements as confirmed, proposed, pending, or not stated. Exact-model evidence is passed to the buyer and qualified reviewers without turning a source document into our own certification claim.

Responsibility handoffs

Coordination does not collapse separate accountabilities

Requirement and supplier outreach

TriVolt Supply can organize the brief, identify candidate original manufacturers, request current quotations, and clarify differences. Factory identity, capability, ownership, employment, and production claims must come from supplier evidence and buyer due diligence.

Buyer action

Approve the comparison baseline, decide acceptable substitutions, define budget and risk tolerance, verify counterparties, review payment and contract terms, and choose whether independent inspection or legal advice is needed.

Product and evidence handoff

We can ask for exact-model specifications, drawings, electrical data, load basis, braking information, instructions, and documents. We do not test the vehicle, issue conformity findings, or validate an altered build.

Qualified-party action

Inspection companies, laboratories, engineers, legal advisers, customs professionals, and destination authorities assess matters within their own scope. Their engagement, method, finding, fee, and liability remain separate.

Commercial and logistics handoff

We can separate unit price from sample, customization, inspection, packing, inland transport, freight, duty boundary, and destination services. Quoted dates and availability remain conditional until the responsible parties contract them.

Contract-party action

The buyer and supplier agree price, payment, Incoterm, warranty, remedies, title, shipping documents, and acceptance. Carriers, brokers, and destination service providers remain responsible for their stated work.

Questions about our role

No. We are an independent sourcing intermediary. Factory identity, manufacturing capability, and offered configuration require direct supplier evidence and buyer verification.

No. We can request information and coordinate an evidence checklist, but audits, inspections, tests, and certifications must be performed and interpreted by appropriately qualified parties.

No. Without same-scope quotations there is no defensible saving comparison. We separate configuration and landed-cost boundaries so the buyer can compare current responses on a consistent basis.

The buyer. We record the proposed change, supplier support, effect on duty, price and timing, and unresolved evidence; the buyer and relevant advisers make the decision.

No. Exact category, configuration, model year, destination, and intended use matter. Qualified destination-side parties must evaluate applicability before commitment and use.
