Data handling
TriVolt Supply Privacy Policy
This policy explains how information submitted through the TriVolt Supply website may be handled when a business buyer requests electric tricycle sourcing support. Submit only information needed to describe the procurement requirement. Do not include payment-card data, government identifiers, passwords, confidential technical files, or unnecessary personal information in the initial form.
Information collected
The inquiry form may collect a name, business email, company, telephone number, and procurement requirements. With JavaScript enabled, optional product interest, target budget, currency, per-unit or whole-order basis, and supplier preference are appended to the requirements field at submission. Browser storage may retain the sourcing-benefit display start time and the current session's ticker-close state. The fixed display window does not restart when the popup is opened or closed.
How information is used
Submitted information may be used to review the request, ask clarifying questions, prepare a supplier-facing brief, coordinate candidate-factory outreach, compare responses, maintain a service record, protect the website, and meet legal obligations. Supplier preference reflects a buyer's desired cost, finish, customization, evidence, and service trade-off; it is not a supplier verification or rating.
Disclosure and retention
Relevant procurement information may be shared with candidate suppliers and service providers when necessary to respond to the request. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or to protect rights and security. Retention depends on the inquiry lifecycle, operational needs, dispute handling, and legal requirements. We do not promise that every inquiry will result in supplier outreach or a quotation.
Security and international processing
Reasonable administrative and technical measures may be used, but no transmission or storage system is risk-free. Sourcing inquiries may involve organizations in other countries, where privacy rules can differ. Buyers should obtain appropriate internal approval before sharing business or employee information across borders.
Choices and questions
You may ask about access, correction, deletion, or restriction where applicable. Some information may need to be retained for legal, security, or service-record purposes. Browser storage can be managed through browser settings, although clearing it may affect the benefit notice state.
Use the web inquiry page for privacy questions and identify the request clearly.
